Ronny Almagor is a painter who lives and works in Tel Aviv, Israel. A B.F.A Fine-Art graduate of Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.
Her works describe performances from the urban space, and in particular deal with the nature in it. The main color in her works is blue, the shades of blue function in her works as water, sky and daylight. Through the dialogue that takes place between the images in her works, the artist strives to capture moments of beauty and full of movement, which are also elusive, one-off and temporary.
Almagor’s works has been displayed in solo shows and two persons exhibition in various galleries, such as the 5 Mazal Dagin Galley, Old Jaffa, Horace Richter Gallery, Old Jaffa and Tova Osman Art Gallery, Tel Aviv. Her works have been displayed in various galleries such as Assemblage Staircase Gallery, Maya Art Gallery, Tel Aviv; Teo Center, Herzliya; Artist Workshop Gallery, Tel Aviv; the Art Workshop Gallery, Yavne; Mazeh 9, Tel Aviv and the Artists’ House in Rishon LeZion. Her works are found in various private collections in Israel, London and New York.
