To make a purchase, first select the desired item, color and dimension, and frame. 

Each item or service offered has its own “item page”, where you can view the details of the item and its offered price.

The prices include VAT as required by law.

Shipping

We do our best to deliver our products in the best, fastest and most secure way.

The delivery time of your order depends on the individual production time of your chosen items. Most of our products are made to order and can take up to 7 business days since they are produced individually for you once you place your order.

Unframed Prints- free shipping on all unframed prints!

Framed Prints- shipping costs and days may vary according to frame size and weight.

Returns

We stand by the products we carry and we are confident you will love them too. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us and we will do all we can to make sure you are satisfied. Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in 7 day time frame of receiving the order. 

FRAMED PRINTS

Since our frames are made-to-order they are not eligible for return.

UNFRAMED PRINTS

We do accept returns of rolled prints, within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition, including original package or tube. 

Damaged Items

Our products leave the studio while they are at their finest quality and condition. If you for any reason you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at: art@1of135.com
