Gila Greenfield
graduated from Vital Tel Aviv, Department of Visual Communication. Graduated Cité Création Company's School for mural paintings on buildings, Lyon, France. Studied painting at Hakolel Contemporary Studio TLV. The main subject in her works is the living room, as a meeting place of different pictorial and cultural perspectives. Her paintings reveal peeling walls as a metaphor for the strata of time and "cut out" elements from design magazines. Her material language is created by using acrylic, oil and spray paint on canvas. Greenfield's paintings are usually based on collage and her works are influenced by the duplication, disassembly, and assembly processes, characteristic of this medium. Until 2014 she has worked on commissioned urban mural paintings on buildings and in public spaces. Exhibited solo exhibitions at the Artists House Tel Aviv; Fresh Paint Contemporary Art Fair, Independent Artists Greenhouse Tel Aviv; A two person show with her father, the artist Yitzhak Greenfield at Artspace Tel Aviv; "Unfolding" Project, Tiroche Herzliya. Participated in group exhibitions in Israel and abroad. Her works are in private collections in Israel, USA, Germany and Switzerland.

What is the cancellation and return policy?

Each artwork is custom-made, therefore, returns or replacements are not possible. However, you may contact us for specific requests. We provide art visualizations to help you preview how the artwork will look on your wall before placing an order.

Can I buy a gift card?

Certainly! You can order a gift card for any amount on the website or over the phone. The gift card is usable online on our website or at our gallery in Tel Aviv.

Is it possible to make changes after ordering?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Why is the gallery called 1of135?

We offer original artworks as well as high-quality reproductions in limited editions of up to 135 copies for each artwork. Every piece is signed by the artist. Once a series is sold out, it never returns!
